You can find your payment information by logging into your Merchant Panel. You can view orders in detail from specific date ranges (change date ranges in the top-right corner of the webpage). To view orders in detail, select "Billing" on the left side and then select "Detail View." To export your orders to a spreadsheet, select "Export Detail CSV" located in the bottom right corner of the webpage.

Payment Dates

Payments are processed on the 1st & 15th of each month. Payment on the 15th will cover sales from the 1st through the 14th, while the payment on the 1st will cover sales from the previous 15th through the end of the month. Direct deposits will be posted into your bank account within two business days after processing.

Note: Should either day fall on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on first standard business day thereafter.

Payment Options

Direct Deposit

We highly recommend setting up a direct deposit to ensure that all payments are received as quickly as possible. You will be able to receive payments in any dollar amount. You can set this up on your Merchant Panel, click on "Settings" on the left hand-side, and it will bring you to the payment screen.

Note: You can leave the "Store ID" field blank as it is unnecessary.

Standard Check

You may receive your payments via standard check. However, the check processing company only writes checks for payments of $50 or more, so once your balance exceeds $50, you will receive payment. In addition, we charge a $4 check processing fee.

Please make sure to enter all Bite Squad transactions into your computer system as non-taxable sales. We are responsible for paying the sales tax because we purchase the food from your restaurant and resell it to our customers. You can download our "Resale Certificate" on Merchant Panel

We also collect any additional food-related taxes, if applicable (dependent on restaurant’s state and location). In Virginia, these taxes are remitted back to the restaurant for filing. In Arkansas, South Carolina and North Carolina, these taxes are remitted directly to the appropriate taxing authority. If you require documentation from us confirming the collection and remittance of these taxes, please request from
